A heart-warming gem with a pleasant aftertaste! A fine pure and humorous story written from such an adorable bird’s point of view. The relationship between Birdie the bird and John (human) is so heart-warming that the readers will surely be moved to find out what John does for the bird at his own home at the very end. So nice and beautiful to be free like birds. The illustration is very cute and trendy and the rhyme is so artistic. Thank you so much for such a heart-warming gem with a pleasant aftertaste.

Delightfully imaginative!! Another delightful, imaginative, and entertaining children’s book by a wonderful children’s book author, that teaches children to see the world from another’s perspective. In “Free as a Bird”, Sigal Adler’s protagonist learns how it feels to live in a cage and then does the right thing. Lovely.

Not very good. I honestly thought this book was terrible. 2 stars because it was so cheap on the Kindle. If you own a caged bird, stay away from this title. The book implies that this is an awful way to treat animals, and that you should set the bird free. It does not read very well, and the illustrations on the Kindle are not the highest quality. Lastly, the whole book was a bit creepy for my 4 year old, who asked: why is the boy in the cage. Awful.
